Your questions, answered

How does the 50/50 split work in practice?

Every successful placement generates a recruiter fee. That fee is split equally between Jobroad and the recruiter who made the placement. Payments are processed monthly with a full breakdown — no guesswork.

Do I need to be based in Poland?

No. We have recruiters working from multiple countries. As long as you can do the work effectively and communicate well in English, location is flexible.

What is ROWE?

Results Only Work Environment — a management approach where performance is measured by output, not hours or online status. You have real freedom, paired with real accountability.

What tools will I work with?

Our custom Airtable CRM, shared SOPs, and standard communication tools. Your onboarding covers everything — you'll be fully up to speed before your first placement.

I have no prior recruitment experience. Can I still apply?

Yes, if the right predispositions are there. We look for maturity, curiosity about people, and the ability to learn fast. Experience is a bonus, not a barrier.
