About your position
Production worker
As a Production worker in Thyker Poultry, you will play a vital role in our mission to deliver the highest quality chicken fillets to consumers worldwide. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring our fully automated processing lines to ensure every product meets our rigorous standards for freshness and excellence.
Competitive pay with 8% holiday bonus, shift allowances, and estimated net earnings of €410-€470 weekly

Physically fit and resilient — able to keep a high work pace throughout fixed shifts in a cool indoor environment

Comfortable with repetitive tasks requiring focus and consistency
Hygiene-conscious and happy to follow strict food-safety protocols (HACCP)
Able to stand for long periods and comfortable handling poultry products
Good manual dexterity for sorting, inspecting, and packing
Experience in food production is an advantage but not required
Values stable employment and takes pride in delivering quality work
