About your position
Plant nursery worker
As a Plant Nursery Worker at tonTon Buxus, you will be part of a specialized team dedicated to cultivating and maintaining high-quality boxwood (buxus) plants and seedlings. This role combines hands-on agricultural work with attention to detail, supporting the full lifecycle of plant production from propagation to preparation for transport.
Competitive hourly wage of €14,71 with weekly payment

135% overtime allowance for extra hours worked
Stable, fixed shift schedule (8:00 AM – afternoon, ~38-45 hours/week)
