As a Plant nursery worker at KP Holland, you will be responsible for the daily care and cultivation of the company's premium plant varieties, including Spathiphyllum, Kalanchoë, and Curcuma. Your core duties will involve hands-on greenhouse operations such as planting, potting, spacing, and meticulously sorting plants to ensure they meet KP Holland's strict "Plant Excellence" standards. You will actively monitor plant health and development, assist in preparing orders for transport to global trade partners, and maintain a clean, safe, and optimal growing environment. Working closely within a dedicated team, you will play a vital, hands-on role in the production process, ensuring that industry-leading genetics successfully come to bloom.
