Who you’ll be working for

Jobroad is a licensed Polish recruitment agency placing candidates from all over the EEA into temporary jobs in the Netherlands. The model is simple: clients report vacancies, recruiters bring candidates, and everyone earns on the hours actually worked.

About your position

Recruiter (freelance)

Find candidates for temporary jobs in the Netherlands — through your network, social media, or wherever you reach people
Guide them from first contact through applying, and stay in touch until they arrive and start work
Work fully remotely from anywhere in the EEA, on your own schedule

What you bring

What we’re looking for

People skills and persistence — recruitment is mostly staying in touch and following up
A language your candidates speak: Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, Spanish or Portuguese are all in demand
No recruitment experience needed — we show you how it works
