Property Care Specialist

Who you’ll be working for

RyanRent is a housing operator for international workers in the Netherlands: a growing portfolio of worker homes across the country, kept safe, comfortable and well maintained. The company works hand in hand with staffing agencies — Jobroad among them — and this role is the person who keeps that promise on the ground.

Property Care Specialist

• Inspect houses across the Netherlands on a planned route: check-ins, check-outs, condition checks
• Carry out small repairs and maintenance yourself — plumbing, locks, furniture, appliances
• Coordinate bigger repairs with external contractors and follow up until done
• Be the friendly face of RyanRent for residents: take reports, solve small problems on the spot

What we’re looking for

• Communicative English (B1/B2 or better) — required
• Valid driver’s licence (B) — required
• Technical all-rounder skills and genuine people skills
• Nice to have: Polish and/or Dutch; familiarity with Dutch temporary employment and worker housing

Salary and conditions

• €2,300–2,800 gross per month, depending on experience
• A stable internal position with a growing housing operator
• Company transport; accommodation can be arranged
• Independence: your van, your route, your judgment
