Position Details
Responsibilities

Monitoring demand and recruitment guidelines and publishing appropriate job advertisements

Sourcing candidates; contacting job seekers and expanding the candidate database

Carrying out recruitment processes in accordance with the recruitment process model

Researching the candidates' preferences and needs, analyzing Resumes and creating candidate profiles

Evaluating candidates' motivations, assessing their language skills, running reference or background checks and employing other screening methods based on the requirements

Communicating with the Recruitment Manager to ensure smooth placements
Requirements

Well-developed communication skills

Ability to work independently and responsiveness

Ability to use simple online tools and basic knowledge of Google Workspace

Willingness to learn

At least B1 level of English, knowledge of Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hungarian or other languages will be a strong advantage
